Timetable change and opening of the front entrance (bus)05.05.2020
Important information on bus transport in the Tuttlingen district from May 4, 2020
According to the previous announcements by the state of Baden-Württemberg, school operations will start gradually again on May 4, 2020. First of all, in the secondary schools, the two graduates (this year and future graduating class) will start school again. From May 11, 2020, the fourth grade of the primary school is also expected to be back in active school operation. The day care centers remain closed. It is currently still being examined whether there may be any loosening in childcare. Emergency care groups are maintained in daycare as well as at school and are expanded to include other professional and need groups.
In order to reflect this gradual return to school operations, the schedule on May 4, 2020 will be switched back to the school timetable. Evening traffic from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. remains suspended and can be viewed in the PDF timetables on the TUTicket website. You can find the PDF timetables at www.tuticket.de – Menu – Timetables and Networks – Timetables & Network Maps. Until further notice, this regulation applies to the period in which the current contact restrictions apply.
AboCards, which were deposited in April due to traffic restrictions and will be needed again with the expansion of the bus service from 4.5.2020, can be picked up at the window of the TUTicket Customer Center. Please make an appointment in advance by phone.
Please note that the timetables at the stops in the district are not updated. During the day, the normal school timetable (marked with the “S” symbol in the timetable as well as all journeys without the restriction to vacation or school days) is used and only the traffic is gradually stopped from 8 p.m.
In this context, we would like to draw your attention once again to the mask requirement that has existed on April 27, 2020 in public transport and at the stops. We ask all passengers to comply with the regulations of the Federal Government and the hygiene and distance instructions of the Robert Koch Institute for their own safety and for the protection of others.
The ring train has published special timetables. The preliminary timetables can be found on the TUTicket homepage in the current article on Corona traffic reports.
From 4 May 2020, Deutsche Bahn (DB) will also increase the number of connections in regional traffic in coordination with the state of Baden-Württemberg. Please find out about DB timetables directly on the DB website or use the travel information provided by DB, the state of Baden-Württemberg (www.efa-bw.de) or the Navigator app to search for a connection.
From May 4, 2020, the front entry into the buses will be possible again, so that tickets can be bought on the bus again from this point in time and not only at the ticket machines at the ring train stops. In this context, the Verkehrsverbund TUTicket would like to point out again the general obligation to buy tickets and inform them that ticket checks will be carried out again from this point on. The passenger must make sure beforehand that he has the correct ticket for the intended journey.
If you have any questions, the staff at the TUTicket Customer Center will be happy to help you during normal opening hours by phone at 07461 926 3500 and by email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
