Lost property

The transport association TUTicket itself does not operate buses and has no lost property office. If you have lost something on the bus or train, please contact your bus company directly. If you do not know which bus company is operating on your line, we will be happy to help you determine the transport company. Simply select the line on which you have lost the item and you will see the contact details of your bus company. You can then decide for yourself whether you prefer to write an email or call the bus company.

When contacting your transport company, please indicate on which route, on which date and at what time the item was lost on the bus / train.

Please note: If the item was lost at a stop, the respective municipality is your first point of contact. Stops are the responsibility of the municipalities.
